Tarah Arreguin is the founder of Arreguin HR Consulting, LLC, an East Texas human resources consulting firm helping businesses, nonprofits, and growing organizations build stronger workplaces through practical, experienced HR leadership.

With more than two decades of human resources experience across both the public and private sectors, Tarah has spent her career helping organizations navigate the people challenges that can have the greatest impact on a business. Her experience includes employee relations, workplace investigations, HR compliance, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, policy development, leadership coaching, benefits and compensation, HR systems, workforce planning, and organizational strategy.

Tarah has supported organizations ranging from smaller teams to complex operations with workforces of more than 1,600 employees. That experience has given her a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face when balancing business needs, employee concerns, compliance requirements, and day-to-day operations. She understands that HR solutions have to do more than look good on paper—they have to work in the real world.

Throughout her career, Tarah has worked closely with executives, operational leaders, supervisors, and employees to resolve sensitive workplace concerns, strengthen management practices, improve processes, and create greater consistency across organizations.

Tarah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Human Resources and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential. Her combination of business education and hands-on HR leadership allows her to approach human resources from both a people and business perspective. Rather than treating HR as a stand-alone administrative function, she helps organizations connect their people practices to operational performance, culture, risk management, and long-term goals.
